Federal Hill Consulting is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter. We are an IT Consulting and Services Firm based in Falls Church, VA. FHC is a locally owned company with a deep network in the DC Area working with both government and commercial clients.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and retaining top IT Talent in the Information Technology (IT) Field. 


Responsibilities:

-Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations

-As a recruiter you will utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for positions within the industry

-Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field

• 2+ years of experience working in recruiting

• Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated

• Great organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize

• Confident in making decisions, taking direction, and executing a plan

• Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients
