Technical Recruiter

 As Lead Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and retaining top IT Talent in the Information Technology (IT) Field. This includes managing the recruiting process and delivering for your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations
  • Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for positions within the industry
  • Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
  • Develop and expand applicant sourcing by contacting local leaders and associations
  • Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top performing experienced technical professionals for position within the industry
  • Strategically source using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, internal database and other resources
  • Effectively evaluate candidates using applicant screening tools and by conducting phone and personal interviews
  • Conduct candidate references and background checks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field
  • Four years of successful recruiting experience within the government IT arena
  • Must be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, organized and self-motivated individual to address our clients’ requirements
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize job openings and candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients and candidates a must
  • Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail is required
  • Confident in making decisions, taking direction, and executing a plan
